Installation and training services

On-site installation and training is available with every Community and Metropolitan package. A team of technicians are sent to your location to assist with the installation and testing of the entire system. During and following installation, your administrator(s) will be provided with training. The total on-site time typically ranges from 14 to 60 days.

With Neighbourhood packages, training is usually provided in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada and/or over the Internet. This is also an option for Community packages. In these cases, you send one or more technicians/administrators to Canada where they will learn about the system's operation and maintenance, and will be shown how to install it once it arrives at its ultimate destination.
